A PLACE FOR FAMILY

Our client approached us with questions about the floorplan design of their new home. They wondered if it would deliver on their objectives of: ‘being a place for us and a place where family desires to gather, peaceful, orderly, welcoming.’ They questioned whether their floor plan would result in ‘a place that promotes conversation and connection for adults and fun for children as well.’

BRINGING A HOME TO LIFE

Our process began with a review of their existing floorplan, and delivery of design input, based on our client's design objectives. In addition to the floorplan evaluation, we created additional design options, supported by a three-dimensional model to bring the home to life for our clients. We discussed the various alternatives and continued refinements to tighten their preferred concept.

ADDED CONFIDENCE AND THOUGTHFULNESS

We have added confidence and contributed thoughtfulness, design principles and creativity to the process to bring out the best in the plan. We are collectively pleased with the process to-date and look forward to the opportunity for ongoing collaboration.
