A HOME WHERE YOUR HEART SWELLS
We designed the Draper House to achieve the family's vision of, "a home where the heart swells." Simple, neutral, earthy, quality materials were selected to accommodate their family lifestyle while achieving a sophisticated aesthetic. Windows were strategically placed to invite natural light deep into the home and provide a connection to nature.
FAMILY LIVING AND EASY ENTERTAINMENT
The Draper House supports family living and easy entertainment. A wall of doors opens to the backyard, allowing for a seamless connection from the open concept kitchen/living room onto the pool deck, enhancing entertainment opportunities.

PRESENT IN NATURE
This open-concept, modern home seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings. Earth-toned materials and large windows enhance the connection with the landscape. The design prioritizes natural light and expansive views, creating a harmonious blend between indoor and outdoor spaces. This approach respects the environment while offering a tranquil and immersive living experieince.

A PLACE FOR FAMILY
Our client approached us with questions about the floor plan design of their new home. They wondered if it would deliver on their objectives of: "being a place for us and a place where family desires to gather, peaceful, orderly, welcoming." They questioned whether their floor plan would result in, "a place that promotes conversation and connection for adults and fun for children as weel."

YEAR-ROUND RELAXATION
Our client approached us with a pool design, seeking our expertise to develop an enclosed environment with aesthetic appeal that would allow them to enjoy their pool year-round.
Using their existing pool design and an inspirational image we collaborated with the owner, an interior designer, and a landscape architect to design an enclosure that became the foundation for constructing a building exceeded expectations.

We collaborated closely with the owner and their dedicated team to document their design and navigate the regulatory landscape to secure the necessary permits. This effort culminated in a realization of their vision - an inviting space where patrons can indulge in delectable gourmet cuisine paired with meticulously crafted cocktails. Our role was instrumental in ensuring their design was accurately documented and compliant with regulations, contributing to a memorable dining experience for every guest. From the initial concept documentation to the final permit approvals, we worked diligently to support the owner's vision of culinary excellence and hospitality, making the bar and eatery a vibrant hub for gastronomic adventures and social gatherings.
